Go Continually

The prophet has asked us to remain temple worthy at all times and to hold a current recommend.
I believe, we need not only to stay spiritually/morally prepared to enter the temple at any given moment, but also mentally prepared. There have been people on occasion who go to the temple for the first time or first couple times and they don’t like it and feel it caught off guard because it’s so different from the normalcy in our lives. But I think that the only way to get comfortable with it is by understanding the ceremonial meaning behind it all and going continually.
With each time you go to do temple work, you learn more just as we do in church, scripture study, or even school. We must go to the house of the Lord continually in order to reach a greater understanding and appreciation of what we’re doing inside.

What are some ways we can keep ourself mentally/spiritually prepared to enter the temple at all times?

•Go often
•Attend all of your church meetings.
•Ask the Lord sincerely for a greater understanding of temple work and the blessings that follow.
